  My first experience of the Auction Galleries was not exactly positive: I turned up to collect three unsold pictures and found two with damaged frames. They suggested a free auction for the most damaged frame - although I pointed out that few would want to buy it. Finally they offered to restore it. Fine, but Im wasting more time and petrol coming back to collect it again. Not happy.
